Where differing heating quotes usually comes from
One quote might include a magnetic filter, a scale reducer, full system flushing and smart controls as standard, while another lists only the boiler swap itself with those items as separate options. Warranty length, whether removal and disposal of the old appliance is included, and how much pipework or making-good work has been allowed for can all differ between quotes covering what looks superficially like the same job.
