- Usually a failed photocell or a nozzle past its life. Occasionally a control-box relay. All resolvable on the first visit.
- How often should a Vortex be serviced?
- Every 12 months. Oil boilers scale their heat exchanger with soot rather than lime — service saves fuel.
- Can it burn kerosene and HVO?
- Modern Grant Vortex ranges are HVO-ready with a burner swap. We can quote that as a future-proofing step.
