Moving a boiler to another room
Relocation usually comes up during a kitchen refit — the boiler is in the way of the new units. It's very achievable, but the cost is driven by pipework distance and flue route rather than the boiler itself.
What drives the price
Gas supply may need upsizing over the longer run to maintain working pressure. Condensate must fall to a suitable termination, which limits some loft positions. Flue routing must meet terminal clearance rules from windows, boundaries and openings. In Bath's conservation areas, an external flue on a principal elevation is also a visual consideration.
