Why we ask about access at quote stage
Delivering a boiler, a cylinder or a 1,200-litre oil tank needs to be thought through before the day. Tanker reach to a fill point, whether a flatbed can turn, and where the van can sit while a heavy old cylinder comes out all affect the time on site. In central Bath the constraint is permits and loading windows instead.
